Depuis son inauguration en mai 2011, le pôle médical s'est développé et porte actuellement le nom des personnes à l'initiative de ce projet : le site Kerestedjian-Faure.
Le site s'est diversifié et accueille à ce jour :
* des praticiens de la santé,
* la pharmacie,
* un centre d'accueil de jour Alzheimer,
* une friperie caritative,
* des logements communaux.
